2. Refund Policy for Consulting Services

2.1 Standard Consulting Services

For our standard consulting services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Cancellation before service commencement: If you cancel a scheduled consulting service at least 7 business days before the agreed start date, you are eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid.
  • Cancellation within 7 business days of service commencement: If you cancel a scheduled consulting service within 7 business days of the agreed start date, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation after service commencement: Once our consulting services have commenced, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work already completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.

2.2 Retainer Services

For clients on a retainer agreement, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Monthly retainers: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. If you wish to cancel a retainer agreement, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Annual retainers: For annual retainer agreements, if you cancel the agreement before the end of the term, we will calculate the value of services already provided at our standard rates and refund any remaining balance, less a 10% early termination fee.

2.3 Project-Based Services

For project-based consulting services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Deposits and advance payments: Project deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure our resources for your project. However, they can be applied to future services within 6 months if project cancellation occurs before work begins.
  • Project cancellation: If a project is canceled after work has begun, we will assess the percentage of work completed and refund any unused portion of the project fee, less a 15% cancellation fee.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted in writing to info@geoturkey-consulting.wiki
  • The request must include your full name, the service(s) for which you are requesting a refund, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request
  • For service quality issues, you must provide specific details about the concerns or problems experienced
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date or the date when the issue was first identified

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met or if we have reason to believe that the refund request is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

We are committed to processing refund requests promptly. The following timeframes apply:

  • Review period: We will review your refund request within 5 business days of receipt and communicate our decision.
  • Approved refunds: Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method:
    • Credit/debit card payments: 5-10 business days
    • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
    • Other payment methods: Timeframes may vary

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the timing of when you receive the refunded amount depends on your payment provider or bank's processing times, which are beyond our control.

    • Your full name and contact information

  3. Our customer service team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
  4. We will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days
  5. If approved, we will process the refund according to the timeframes outlined in Section 4

6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • Custom research and reports: Custom research, market analysis reports, and other information products that have been delivered
  • No-shows: Failure to attend scheduled consulting sessions without prior notice
  • Force majeure: Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events
  • Delayed response: Refund requests made more than 30 days after service delivery

However, we evaluate each situation individually and may make exceptions based on the specific circumstances and our commitment to client satisfaction.
